This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You assume full ownership of LinkedIn — not merely as a channel but as a comprehensive sales system.

• You formulate LinkedIn strategies with a definitive aim: fostering conversations and generating leads.

• You convert audience psychology into compelling hooks, engaging content, and effective messaging.

• You create profiles that perform like high-converting landing pages.

• You consistently design content within the framework of the funnel and direct messaging strategy.

• You collaborate closely with founders and decision-makers, acting as an equal partner.


⛳️ Requirements

• You consider LinkedIn as a significant revenue channel.

• You possess expertise in psychological copywriting.

• You approach with a mindset focused on funnels and conversions.

• You are at ease with sales-driven tasks and direct messaging.

• You operate in a structured, independent, and assertive manner.

• You write in German at a native level.

• You have a strong command of English (knowledge of French or Italian is a plus).

• You have experience in B2B and SaaS environments.

• You are familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• You have experience with lead magnets and funnels.

• You have experience with automation tools (e.g., Salesflow, Lemlist — not mandatory but beneficial).
