Head of Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive revenue operations for Europe and the Middle East.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams.

• Assist in the creation and execution of regional revenue growth and go-to-market strategies.

• Formulate long-term strategic plans for the Enterprise business.

• Analyze revenue, customer, and sales performance metrics to uncover trends, address issues, and generate strategic insights.

• Identify, design, and implement high-impact initiatives aimed at boosting revenue growth and increasing the number of transacting customers.

• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.

• Aid in annual and quarterly planning through scenario modeling and data-driven recommendations.

• Create dashboards and frameworks to track strategic initiatives and maximize impact.

• Keep an eye on the FinTech ecosystem, competitor pricing, market trends, card network expenses, and alternative payment method costs.

• Collaborate with the global Pricing team to analyze payment economics, develop pricing models, and enforce discounting policies, approval matrices, and commercial frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 20 years of experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the payments sector.

• Demonstrated success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles in the payments industry.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities focused on achieving business results.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Capability to decompose complex, unfamiliar challenges into manageable tasks.

• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

• Experience in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
