This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the recruitment strategy and process from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead and nurture a team of recruiters by establishing standards, providing coaching on execution, and managing team performance.
• Personally conduct searches for Senior, Head, and Director-level positions, overseeing complex, high-stakes hiring processes from start to finish.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, shaping role strategies, offering market insights, and influencing hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across various functions to clarify hiring requirements and develop a scalable, repeatable pipeline process.
• Manage the sourcing strategy for the team, encompassing headhunting, networking, and community outreach.
• Oversee the hiring budget and forecasting, plan headcount and cost-per-hire, monitor expenditures against the plan, and report budget performance to leadership.
• Define and manage core recruitment metrics, utilizing them to inform decisions and enhance the function continuously.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring funnel, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within fintech or Web3 industries.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling a recruitment function.
• Experience in hiring across international markets, including Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific.
• Knowledge of regional hiring practices, compensation benchmarks, and compliance considerations.
• Proven capability to source and attract top talent through innovative and strategic approaches.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior/executive leadership to propel hiring initiatives.
• Experience managing a hiring budget and forecasting headcount/cost across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting, including KPI definition, dashboard creation, and leveraging data to influence leadership decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships and influence at all levels.
• Data-driven recruitment approach, with experience using ATS and other HR tools, along with creating reports and dashboards.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first setting and guide others through uncertainty.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
• Regular use of AI tools in daily tasks, including sourcing, outreach, candidate evaluation, and pipeline management.
