Head of Real Estate Growth – Commercial Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will play a pivotal role in establishing our real estate business in Germany.

• Your responsibility is to attract institutional real estate investors, asset managers, housing companies, project developers, fund managers, and property holders for scalable energy infrastructure models and to build long-term portfolio partnerships.

• You will develop structured market access to large real estate portfolios and position 1KOMMA5° as a leading partner for the decarbonization, electrification, and digitalization of property holdings.

• You will collaborate directly with management and build a strong team comprising business development, portfolio development, and key account management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in real estate, asset management, real estate advisory, infrastructure, or energy sectors.

• Strong network within the institutional real estate industry.

• Understanding of portfolio and asset management processes.

• Experience in establishing strategic partnerships.

• Understanding of ESG, decarbonization, and sustainability topics.

• Ability to communicate complex technical and economic concepts clearly.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of initiative.

• Strategic clarity and excellent communication skills.

• Experience in team leadership or project management.

• Proficient in both German and English.
