This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and implement performance processes, including quarterly assessments and annual cycles, in collaboration with the R&D HR Business Partner.
• Ensure uniform quality of feedback, expectations, and career development throughout teams.
• Provide structured insights to the CTO and R&D leadership on top performers, emerging leaders, underperformance and risk areas, promotion readiness, and organizational gaps.
• Maintain an up-to-date overview of organizational health across Product, Design, Engineering, and QA.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and misalignments early, and proactively suggest solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders in Product, Design, and Engineering on headcount planning, hiring prioritization, and skill gap analysis.
• Ensure resources are aligned with the most critical business objectives.
• Design and continuously enhance the organizational operational framework, including planning cycles, cross-team coordination, and decision-making forums.
• Ensure that priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and teams can execute effectively without friction.
• Serve as a connective link between Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and GTM teams.
• Ensure consistent communication of priorities and changes throughout the organization.
• Enhance the flow of work across teams without becoming a bottleneck.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Product, Engineering, Technical Program Management, or R&D Operations roles.
• Previous experience as an engineering leader, product leader, or senior Technical Program Manager.
• Strong understanding of the operations of modern SaaS product and engineering organizations.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior technical and product leaders.
• Proven track record of improving organizational processes and execution on a large scale.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Structured thinker capable of transforming ambiguity into clear systems.
• High AI literacy, with hands-on experience using AI tools in your workflow. The more you can achieve with AI, the better.
• A person who enjoys optimizing systems rather than owning a specific domain.
• Comfortable working in a flat, high-accountability environment as an individual contributor.
