📋 Description

• Strategic leadership and development of our new Public Sector Growth unit focusing on municipalities, state governments, and federal institutions.

• Creation of a structured go-to-market strategy for public building portfolios, state-owned properties, and municipal real estate companies.

• Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with political, administrative, and institutional decision-makers in the public sector.

• Positioning 1KOMMA5° as a reliable partner for photovoltaics (PV), energy storage, energy management, on-site PPA, and portfolio-scale rollout models.

• Converting complex technical and economic solutions into frameworks suitable for political, budgetary, and administrative decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of substantial experience in the public sector, public affairs, government relations, or comparable consulting within the energy sector.

• Strong comprehension of political decision-making processes, intricate administrative structures, public procurement, and conventional budgeting logic.

• Demonstrated experience in establishing and sustaining long-term relationships with public institutions, administrations, or political stakeholders.

• Confident presence in confidential discussions, technical workshops, roundtables, and major public events.

• High self-motivation paired with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic clarity, and initial experience in team or project leadership.
