Head of Project Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage complete launch processes for new projects and brands.

• Facilitate collaboration among Licensing, Setup, Product, Payments, CRM, Support, Fraud, and Marketing teams.

• Evaluate target markets, regulatory standards, and operational details prior to launch.

• Ensure all business and operational streams are prepared before the go-live date.

• Develop and enhance operational workflows and internal procedures.

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders engaged in project execution.

• Track post-launch performance and ensure operational stability.

• Detect risks, obstacles, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Work closely with the Product team and other internal departments to align priorities and timelines for delivery.

• Assist in scaling and the continuous development of launched projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the iGaming industry.

• Familiarity with launch processes and cross-functional project management.

• Strong knowledge of regulated markets and operational settings.

• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and drive execution effectively.

• High degree of ownership and proactive attitude.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
