Head of Product – VC Backed Startups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a part of SignalFire’s Talent Network for Head of Product roles at venture capital-backed startups.

• Take ownership of and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve substantial business impact.

• Build and enhance high-performing product teams, including recruiting and mentoring product talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.

• 3+ years of experience leading product teams.

• Demonstrated ability to scale and manage product teams in rapidly growing environments.

• Strong history of defining product vision and implementing go-to-market strategies.

• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, marketplaces, or developer tools.

• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, customer research methodologies, and product analytics.

• Capability to balance long-term strategic vision with swift product execution.

• Practical experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and growth optimization techniques.

• Background in venture-backed startups or fast-growing technology companies.

• Proficient with product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, and InVision.

• Knowledge of collaboration and documentation tools such as Slack, Notion, Confluence, Miro, and Loom.

• Experience with data and experimentation tools like SQL, Looker, Tableau, and A/B testing platforms.
