This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Define and spearhead the global Product Marketing strategy for a diverse range of digital entertainment products.
• Responsible for ensuring products are distinctly positioned, commercially viable, differentiated in the marketplace, and successfully introduced across international regions.
• Establish product positioning for the entire portfolio.
• Develop clear messaging frameworks tailored for various markets and target audiences.
• Convert intricate product capabilities into commercially relevant stories.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and significant updates.
• Construct organized launch frameworks that span across markets and product categories.
• Align Product, Commercial, Brand, and Operations teams around well-defined launch priorities.
• Leverage customer insights, product analytics, and market data to inform strategy.
• Track competitor positioning and market trends.
• Offer recommendations that enhance the roadmap, packaging, and commercial decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated Product Marketing team.
• Create scalable processes and communication standards.
• Influence senior stakeholders across global teams.
• Support objectives related to acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Identify product marketing prospects that enhance commercial success.
• Assess impact and continuously refine the Product Marketing strategy.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Product Marketing.
• Previous positions such as Head of Product Marketing, Director of Product Marketing, VP of Product Marketing, or similar roles.
• Extensive experience in online entertainment, digital entertainment platforms, interactive digital products, or closely related fields.
• Proven expertise in owning international go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in launching products in multiple countries or markets.
• Strong grasp of product positioning, messaging, and commercial growth strategies.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Brand, and Operations teams.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a Product Marketing team.
• Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency of C1.
• Must be based in one of the eligible countries listed above.
