This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the positioning and messaging for the Site Search product and its overarching narrative, informed by customer insights and competitive analysis.

• Develop and sustain a clear understanding of our buyers: their identities, priorities, decision-making processes, and areas where we excel or fall short.

• Lead and manage go-to-market strategies for new features, platform capabilities, and product launches, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Create and sustain sales enablement materials that empower customer-facing teams to communicate value effectively; this includes pitch decks, competitive battlecards, handling guides, and ROI frameworks.

• Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to create integrated campaigns that enhance market positioning, increase awareness, and generate pipeline.

• Establish and head the research and insights function for product marketing; continuously conducting win/loss interviews, customer research, and competitive analysis.

• Act as the internal expert on the Site Search market: tracking trends, monitoring competitors, and contributing a forward-thinking perspective to product and leadership discussions.

• Over time, develop and lead a small team of product marketers.

• Willingness to travel to LA for in-person working sessions and conferences as required (10-15% of the time).

• Lead and operationalize pricing and packaging reviews to align with commercial and enterprise buying patterns and manage go-to-market rollouts.

• Develop and manage the analyst relations program comprehensively by creating and executing a strategy that builds awareness and fosters favorable coverage.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 2 years specifically focused on B2B SaaS products.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing impactful market and product positioning and messaging that translates business value through features and benefits.

• Strong grasp of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including complex enterprise buying environments, direct sales, performance-driven marketing, and partner channels.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize customer research, win/loss analyses, and competitive intelligence effectively.

• Experience in building sales enablement programs in collaboration with sales leadership.

• Capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including product, sales, and executive leadership, through clear reasoning and well-founded recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and compelling messages that convey business need, urgency, and differentiation.

• Familiarity with search technology, data infrastructure, or developer-focused products is an advantage, though not mandatory.

• Previous experience in managing others is preferred.
