This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete activation-to-show funnel: from landing page to eligibility check, intake, booking, and confirmed show to advocate intro call.
• Implement a weekly experimentation rhythm: prioritize hypotheses, execute tests, analyze outcomes, document insights, and either terminate or scale quickly.
• Create and enhance lifecycle flows (email/SMS) in Customer.io to boost bookings, minimize no-shows, and re-engage those who have dropped off.
• Address the leaks: assess drop-off at each funnel stage (eligibility entry, MBI input, booking flow, show rates) and implement targeted enhancements.
• Manage funnel measurement: ensure clean event tracking, consistent step definitions, trustworthy dashboards for the entire company, and proactive reporting to keep leadership informed of trends.
• Establish a referral strategy: convert satisfied patients into a reliable source of new eligible patients, facilitate friends-and-family invites, and enhance word-of-mouth referrals.
• Enhance retention and revenue per patient: pinpoint and test pathways from the initial call to long-term engagement.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing on lead quality and message continuity through the funnel, and with operations on advocate scheduling and capacity management.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication: update on changes, progress, and upcoming steps.
• 3–7 years of experience in growth, with direct responsibility for a consumer funnel from landing page to a booked-and-showed appointment, call, or equivalent high-consideration conversion.
• A proven history of improving activation, booking, or show-rate metrics that you can explain in detail — including what you tested, what succeeded, what didn’t, and the reasons behind those outcomes.
• Hands-on lifecycle experience: you have personally created flows in Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or similar platforms.
• Analytics independence: you can extract and analyze your own data (SQL, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) without needing an analyst to understand the situation.
• Resourceful shipping capabilities: proficiency with landing page tools, no-code/low-code solutions, and basic scripting or AI tools — you find ways to test without waiting for engineering support.
• Strong bias towards action: quick response times, short cycle durations, and evident urgency. When issues arise, you address them within minutes, not days.
• Effective written communication and the discernment to identify problems early instead of allowing them to escalate.
• Preferred: experience in Medicare, healthcare, insurance, benefits, or other trust-sensitive, compliance-heavy consumer sectors.
• Preferred: background in marketing to older adults, caregivers, or families navigating the healthcare system.
• Bonus: experience building a successful referral program or organic/word-of-mouth marketing loop.
• Health insurance
• Flexible working arrangements
• Professional development opportunities
