Head of Product Design

📋 Description

• Spearhead design initiatives across two key areas — Core and AI

• Take ownership of the company's design strategy

• Supervise a team of 3 designers directly while overseeing product solutions throughout the organization

• Report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate closely with leadership from Product, Data, and Engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in product design

• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership

• Expertise in behavioral design: creating experiences that influence user behavior, not merely delivering features

• Proven experience in both B2B SaaS and consumer applications

• Experience in developing products from inception (0→1) and scaling existing ones

• Capability to establish and implement design strategies that enhance brand perception and ensure user success

• Strong product insight: the designs you create or oversee address genuine challenges

• Advocacy for human-centered design: serve as the company's leading advocate for user-centric experiences, integrating behavioral insights into all product decisions

• Proficient in structured problem-solving using decision trees or similar frameworks

• Excellent communication skills at the executive level: you simplify complex and ambiguous scenarios

• Proficient in English (C1+) and fluent in Russian
