Head of Product – AIVM, Agentic AI, Blockchain Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Head of Product for AIVM (Agentic AI & Blockchain Platform), responsible for overseeing the product vision, architecture, and roadmap.

• Convert AIVM’s vision into a concrete product strategy and design for the ecosystem.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among product, engineering, marketing, and business development teams.

• Take ownership of and enhance the product roadmap, prioritizing platform strategy and ecosystem design.

• Steer product execution from pre-mainnet to launch, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams.

• Establish and monitor key product and ecosystem KPIs for the ongoing refinement of product direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2–3 years in leadership positions.

• Technical expertise is crucial for this role; the candidate must communicate effectively with our Tech Team and engage in technical discussions.

• Preferred (but highly beneficial): A solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including inference, training, and compute economics.

• Experience in developing platforms, infrastructure products, or systems geared towards developers.

• Strong experience in blockchain/Web3, particularly within L1, L2, or AI ecosystems.

• Demonstrated capability to define and implement product strategies in complex, emerging markets.

• Additional Advantage: Experience in remote, fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI Agents infrastructures for optimization (e.g., Claude/OpenClaw).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in situations with undefined product-market fit, focusing on reducing uncertainty, defining essential components, and making trade-offs.
