Head of Product – AIVM, Agentic AI & Blockchain Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Inherit and enhance the current product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for the AIVM ecosystem.

• Establish AIVM as a leading decentralized AI infrastructure layer within its category.

• Convert intricate technical capabilities into a straightforward product strategy and market positioning.

• Oversee the design of AIVM as a multi-faceted platform that caters to:

• Agent developers and AI application teams.

• Protocols and applications that incorporate autonomous agents.

• Enterprises requiring policy, compliance, and controlled execution.

• Node operators, validators, and infrastructure providers.

• Data, compute, and model providers.

• Define essential primitives: APIs, SDKs, execution layers, and developer experience.

• Build and manage a high-performing product team.

• Drive the complete product lifecycle from concept to Mainnet and beyond.

• Establish product processes that optimize speed, quality, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure alignment on architecture, trade-offs, and delivery.

• Conduct product and technical execution rituals to uphold roadmap clarity, accountability, and delivery momentum.

• Serve as the central liaison between product, engineering, marketing, and business development.

• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and narrative development.

• Support partnerships with strong product insight and technical clarity.

• Define and monitor key product and ecosystem KPIs, including:

• Developer adoption.

• Agent deployments.

• Network activity and retention.

• Utilize insights to continually refine product direction and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, including 2-3 years in leadership positions.

• Technical proficiency is essential for this role; the candidate must effectively communicate with our Tech Team using technical terminology.

• Optional (but highly valued):

• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure (inference, training, compute economics).

• Experience in building platforms, infrastructure products, or systems aimed at developers.

• Solid background in blockchain/Web3, preferably within L1, L2, or AI ecosystems.

• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy in complex and emerging markets.

• Strong Plus:

• Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments with high ownership.

• Utilizing AI Agent infrastructures for optimization (e.g., Claude/OpenClaw).

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of aligning both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in environments prior to product-market fit, where reducing ambiguity, defining primitives, and making trade-offs are key responsibilities.
