Head of Product – AIVM, Agentic AI & Blockchain Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• You will report directly to the CEO, translating AIVM's vision into product architecture, a strategic roadmap, developer experience, and successful launch execution.

• The primary focus will be to adopt the current roadmap, rigorously test core primitives, align engineering efforts with go-to-market strategies, and propel the platform towards testnet and mainnet readiness.

• You will inherit and enhance the existing product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for the AIVM ecosystem.

• Lead the design of AIVM as a multi-sided platform that serves various stakeholders.

• Build and manage a high-performance product function.

• Oversee the complete product execution process from concept through to Mainnet and subsequently.

• Serve as the key liaison between product management, engineering, marketing, and business development teams.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both the product and ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, including 2 to 3 years in leadership positions.

• Technical expertise is essential for this role; the candidate must effectively communicate with our Tech Team using technical terminology.

• It is preferable (but not mandatory) to have:

• A solid comprehension of AI/ML infrastructure, including inference, training, and compute economics.

• Experience in developing platforms, infrastructure products, or systems aimed at developers.

• A robust background in blockchain/Web3, particularly within L1, L2, or AI ecosystems.

• A proven track record of defining and implementing product strategies in complex and emerging markets.

• Additional advantages include:

• Experience in remote, fast-paced, and high-ownership work environments.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI agents infrastructures for optimization (e.g., Claude/OpenClaw).

• Strong communication and leadership skills to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfort in operating prior to achieving product-market fit, focusing on reducing ambiguity, defining primitives, and making trade-offs.
