This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct an audit of the current Google ecosystem, including Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, audiences, creative workflows, and measurement.
• Pinpoint the most significant growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
• Create a roadmap to enhance scaling for YouTube, Demand Gen, audience-led acquisition, and creative testing.
• Strengthen creative production and localization workflows in collaboration with the Paid Social and Creative teams.
• Evaluate Google's utilization of automation, AI bidding, audience signals, and creative optimization.
• Formulate a prioritized roadmap to expand Google's activities internationally.
• Oversee Google's growth strategy across Search, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, and upcoming Google products.
• Discover new avenues to boost volume while ensuring profitability and lead quality.
• Propel expansion into new countries and markets.
• Develop audience-driven and funnel growth strategies leveraging first-party data.
• Construct a scalable creative operating model that consistently delivers high-performing assets to Google.
• Collaborate closely with the Paid Social team to enhance creative sharing, insights, testing frameworks, and production efficiency.
• Enhance the velocity of creative testing across video, image, copy, hooks, messaging, and formats.
• Establish a feedback mechanism between performance data and creative production.
• Set Google-specific creative best practices for YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, and Performance Max.
• Lead optimization efforts across Search (+AI Max), PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Display.
• Continuously refine bidding strategies, audience signals, campaign structures, and automation processes.
• Ensure that Google's AI systems receive high-quality data, audiences, and creative assets.
• Promote ongoing experimentation and testing.
• Guarantee that Google campaigns are accurately measured and optimized for business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to enhance attribution, reporting, and conversion measurement.
• Maximize the utilization of first-party audiences across Google.
• Improve the quality of data that feeds into Google's bidding and optimization systems.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale Google Ads programs.
• Strong expertise in Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Video, and Display.
• Comprehensive understanding of Google's role within the broader paid media ecosystem, including audience development, creative strategy, video advertising, and full-funnel acquisition.
• Profound knowledge of Google's automation and AI-driven advertising landscape.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance marketing productivity and creative development.
• Background in developing creative testing frameworks and creative-led growth strategies.
• Strong grasp of audience activation and first-party data.
• Experience in scaling performance marketing across diverse markets.
• Robust analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing substantial annual media budgets and achieving growth at scale.
• Experience overseeing international expansion across Europe.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer lifecycle data.
• Proficiency with GA4 & GTM, or advanced measurement frameworks.
• Exposure to broader paid media ecosystems, including Bing/Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, programmatic display, native advertising, video advertising, DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), connected TV (CTV), retail media, or other audience-led growth channels.
