This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Develop, implement, and refine the global market strategy for Visier’s Workforce Planning solutions, focusing on pipeline growth, adoption, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions and Success teams to ensure that Visier Workforce Planning meets market and customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Workforce Planning Advisory Consultants who provide comprehensive strategic programs for enterprise clients.
• Establish and consistently enhance the consulting methodology, standards, and best practices for customer interactions, including process mapping, workshops, and change management.
• Manage cross-departmental collaboration (including Project Managers, Data/BI Consultants, Development, and Support teams) to guarantee successful implementations that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the executive representative for significant customer engagements, managing expectations, aligning stakeholders, and fostering enduring relationships with C-suite and HR/Finance executives.
• Relay field insights, customer input, and domain expertise back to the Product and Development teams to continually enhance Visier’s technology offerings.
• Over 10 years of experience in Workforce Planning, management consulting, or enterprise software delivery in the HR tech, Finance, or Workforce Planning sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling a software and/or services business aimed at large enterprises (5,000+ employees).
• A robust perspective on contemporary Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) practices, financial/workforce model dynamics, and talent analytics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workforce transformation initiatives, particularly how AI, automation, skills-gap analysis, and job redesign influence organizational structure.
• Strong capability to guide enterprise clients through the necessary changes to transition from static planning to a dynamic, continuous planning framework.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support global initiatives and key customer accounts (primarily in Europe and North America).
