Head of Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership across all paid channels, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and, when relevant, YouTube and native platforms.

• Develop and take ownership of the comprehensive performance marketing roadmap.

• Establish and oversee budgets ranging from six to seven figures on an annual basis.

• Define and monitor essential North-Star KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and Payback Period.

• Create a scalable tracking and attribution system, utilizing tools such as Hyros, server-side tracking, and GA4.

• Collaborate closely with the founders, as well as sales, creative, and funnel teams.

• In the medium to long term, build and lead a small performance team, including a Media Buyer, Analyst, and Creative Strategist.

• Identify and leverage new growth opportunities and channels.

• Report directly to executive management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in performance or growth marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.

• Demonstrated success in scaling digital high-ticket products such as coaching, information products, SaaS, or similar models.

• Profound understanding of the complete customer journey, from initial cold traffic to closing high-ticket sales.

• Experience managing advertising budgets of €50,000/month or greater.

• A blend of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach, capable of setting up campaigns personally when necessary.

• Highly developed analytical skills; comfortable working with dashboards and attribution models.

• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Zapier.

• Experience in leading or coordinating teams or freelancers is a plus.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and effective communication skills.

• Business-fluent in German and proficient in English.
