This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leadership in People Systems: Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, onboard, and retain talent, aligned with the organization's growth aims.
• Organizational Design and Workforce Planning: Work alongside leadership to ensure the organizational structure and workforce strategy adapt to the changing needs of the business.
• Frameworks for Performance and Development: Create performance expectations, evaluation criteria, and development pathways that promote accountability and growth throughout the organization.
• Talent Experience and Retention Strategies: Foster a uniform and professional experience for talent that enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Insights and Reporting on Workforce: Deliver insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership to inform decision-making and enhance workforce efficiency.
• Collaborations with External Partners: Engage with external service providers to improve and support people operations as required.
• Over 5 years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a similar field, preferably in a rapidly growing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated capability in developing scalable systems that attract, nurture, and retain talent.
• Extensive experience collaborating with distributed and remote teams.
• A strong commitment to people development, with the capacity to design and implement programs that encourage growth, learning, and employee satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels.
• A growth-oriented mindset and a cooperative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in utilizing data to inform decisions and evaluate success.
