Head of People Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance the People function from start to finish

• Oversee recruitment, People operations, performance management, compensation, compliance, and employee experience

• Report directly to the Fractional Chief People Officer

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, founders, and executive team

• Supervise the Talent Manager and HR Generalist

• Own and modify People policies and frameworks as needed

• Drive senior-level and challenging recruitment efforts

• Manage People operations across various countries and cultures

• Partner effectively with a strong leader-led leadership team

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in senior People or HR positions

• Background in cybersecurity, hosting, SaaS, or related technical and e-commerce sectors

• Solid practical understanding of global employment legislation

• Proficient in working with external providers and navigating diverse jurisdictions

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline

• Resilient, pragmatic, and emotionally intelligent

• Experience in fully remote organizations
