📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive HR function on a global scale, which includes Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.

• Lead and facilitate essential hiring processes for technical, commercial, and corporate positions, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency across different regions.

• Collaborate closely with founders and senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

• Develop and maintain performance management, feedback, and development frameworks that are straightforward, practical, and actively utilized by managers.

• Implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing alignment, retention, and execution, while minimizing unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Serve as a hands-on HR Business Partner for senior leaders and managers, assisting with daily people-related decisions, performance challenges, and organizational changes.

• Oversee global payroll, compensation, benefits, and employment structures, ensuring accuracy, equity, and compliance across all jurisdictions.

• Manage HR compliance, employment contracts, policies, and statutory obligations across various jurisdictions, collaborating with external advisors or EORs as required.

• Design and continually enhance HR processes and systems that can scale with the business without causing delays.

• Build, mentor, and lead the HR team progressively, fostering a strong culture of ownership and execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading comprehensive HR functions within a rapidly growing, international organization.

• Strong hands-on experience with the capability to function at both strategic and execution levels.

• Experience managing HR across multiple countries, including a combination of local entities, remote employees, and third-party employment structures.

• Extensive expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR operations.

• Excellent judgment and business acumen, with the ability to make practical decisions in uncertain situations.

• High ownership mentality - willing to engage directly in problem-solving.

• Ability to collaborate closely with founders and senior leaders in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.
