This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and implement HSI’s partnerships and alliances strategy for the EMEA region, particularly focusing on the UK and Ireland.
• Develop and expand a high-impact partner ecosystem that includes channel partners, technology alliances, consulting firms, and strategic referral partners.
• Create a repeatable indirect go-to-market strategy that generates partner-sourced pipeline, drives revenue growth, and facilitates long-term market expansion.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with HSI’s commercial goals and target demographics.
• Establish collaborative go-to-market strategies, co-selling initiatives, and partner enablement programs aimed at achieving quantifiable revenue results.
• Cultivate strong executive-level relationships within partner organizations and lead discussions on strategic business planning.
• Collaborate across various functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, RevOps, Legal, and Procurement to ensure partner alignment and success.
• Monitor and report on essential partnership metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, conversion rates, and ARR contributions.
• Evaluate and enhance existing partner relationships while contributing to the development of a scalable partnerships operating model for future growth.
• Function effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, and post-acquisition SaaS environment, adopting a proactive and hands-on approach to program development from the ground up.
• Over 8 years of experience in SaaS partnerships, alliances, channel strategies, or indirect go-to-market leadership.
• Proven track record of generating partner-led pipeline and revenue growth throughout the UK, Ireland, and/or EMEA.
• Experience in building and scaling ecosystems involving channel, consulting, referral, or technology partners.
• Strong business acumen with a history of managing executive-level partner relationships.
• Proven success in developing joint go-to-market and co-selling strategies.
• Experience thriving in fast-growth, evolving, or post-acquisition SaaS environments.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps.
• Experience in forecasting partner pipeline and overseeing performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
