This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee Brite’s partnerships in Europe to enhance merchant activation within real-time payments.
• Develop, negotiate, and establish a high-impact partner ecosystem that generates measurable revenue.
• Identify and analyze high-value partners throughout Europe, such as PSPs, orchestration layers, ERPs, E-commerce platforms, and System Integrators.
• Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to commercial negotiations, framework agreements, and the go-live process.
• Create scalable partner models and collaboratively develop "Better Together" strategies that position Brite as a unique value addition to the partner’s business.
• Ensure that signed partners efficiently complete technical setups or commercial training to actively route merchant volume within their first 60 days.
• Serve as the main liaison between partners and our internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to expedite launches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide reliable monthly pipeline forecasts, and create repeatable playbooks for ecosystem health.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing partnerships, business development, or channel sales specifically in the Payments, Fintech, or SaaS sectors.
• Strong commercial insight and a demonstrated history of negotiating intricate agreements.
• A proactive self-starter who prioritizes measurable revenue results and merchant activation rather than merely pipeline logos.
• Outstanding relationship-building abilities and fluency in professional English.
