This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop, launch, and manage a multi-tiered Channel Partner Program designed to encourage growth, foster loyalty, and enhance technical expertise.
• Create the "Partner Playbook," which includes onboarding materials, sales training modules, and co-marketing resources.
• Manage the partner portal to facilitate deal registration, lead distribution, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and recruit "tier-one" strategic partners that align with Virtuozzo’s cloud and virtualization offerings.
• Craft distinctive "better together" narratives for intricate alliances.
• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Propel partner-generated and partner-influenced revenue objectives.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with essential partners.
• 5–10 years of experience in Channel Management or Alliances within the Cloud, IaaS, or Software-Defined Storage industries.
• Demonstrated capability to move from high-level strategic planning to detailed execution.
• Experience collaborating with a variety of partner types across different regions (Americas, EMEA, APJ).
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills; adept at influencing C-level executives within partner organizations.
• Strong grasp of virtualization technologies, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), and the service provider business model.
