Head of Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the global partnerships strategy, including partner segmentation, prioritization, tiering, commercial models, lifecycle management, operating cadence, and go-to-market strategies.

• Assume direct responsibility for achieving partnership-sourced and partnership-influenced pipeline and revenue objectives.

• Lead and cultivate strategic partner relationships globally, encompassing technology platforms, agencies, solutions partners, and referral and ecosystem partners.

• Create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies that foster mutual growth, pipeline development, and revenue; work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to develop co-sell and co-marketing initiatives.

• Advocate for partners within the organization across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, ensuring all teams recognize the ways partners contribute to Lokalise's success.

• Establish, manage, and continuously enhance the partner lifecycle, from identification and qualification to onboarding, enablement, activation, and performance management.

• Recruit and empower new partners in priority markets, focusing primarily on EMEA and the US.

• Lead, mentor, and develop your team; represent Lokalise at key industry events and ecosystem forums, with occasional travel required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships within a B2B context, managing the entire process from strategy and segmentation to recruitment, enablement, activation, and consistent achievement of commercial goals.

• Experience in creating joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling initiatives, and co-marketing activities with technology, cloud, or solutions partners.

• Strong commercial insight with proven results in generating pipeline and revenue through partner channels.

• Excellent prioritization abilities, with the discernment to focus on partners and initiatives that can significantly impact the business.

• Background in collaborating with product and technical teams to facilitate integration and enhance technology and platform partnerships.

• Experience in managing or developing others, capable of building a high-performing team while remaining engaged with day-to-day tasks and willing to execute directly.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to establish trust and influence at the C-suite and executive level, both internally and externally.

• Comfortable using AI tools and methodologies in your work, with a proactive approach to exploring and applying AI to enhance productivity, decision-making, and go-to-market effectiveness.
