This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish robust, consultative relationships with key decision-makers at designated client accounts.
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments to align products and services with client demands.
• Create and implement focused sales strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
• Deliver precise and detailed sales forecasts.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio.
• Completed professional training and hands-on experience in the clinical sector.
• Initiative to promote new insights and challenge existing norms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong negotiation abilities for establishing terms and closing deals.
• Comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Willingness to travel, approximately 25% of the time.
