This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will define and implement Unifyr’s global strategy for partnerships and alliances with a key emphasis on scalable SaaS revenue growth through indirect channels.
• You will identify, recruit, and nurture high-value strategic partners, including consulting firms, digital agencies, system integrators, and channel specialists.
• You will establish Unifyr as a strategic platform within partner organizations rather than merely another software vendor.
• You will design and operationalize a contemporary Partner Program that fosters long-term ecosystem engagement, enablement, and revenue contribution.
• You will create scalable partner initiatives such as Co-selling, Referral partnerships, Channel marketing, Advisory and consulting partnerships, and Certified delivery ecosystems.
• You will lay the groundwork for partners to independently train, certify, and expand their own Unifyr practices and consulting capabilities.
• You will develop scalable strategies for Partner-sourced pipeline, Partner-influenced deals, Expansion and retention through partner engagement, and Ecosystem-led market penetration.
• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to integrate partners into the complete customer lifecycle.
• You will position Unifyr and its ecosystem as strategic advisors in modern channel and go-to-market transformations.
• You will assist partners and customers in creating effective channel strategies centered on commerce, AI-driven customer engagement, and scalable SaaS growth models.
• Several years of experience in partnerships, alliances, indirect sales, or ecosystem development within B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
• A strong understanding of contemporary indirect GTM models, channel ecosystems, and partner-led SaaS growth.
• Experience collaborating with consultancies, system integrators, digital agencies, or organizations focused on channels.
• Proven capability to establish scalable partner programs that yield measurable revenue impact.
• A strong strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute operationally.
• Experience in building executive-level relationships and influencing complex enterprise buying environments.
• Comfortable working in high-growth settings where structure, processes, and ecosystems are developed from the ground up.
• A strong understanding of how consulting, advisory, and transformation services enhance SaaS adoption and ensure customer success.
• A passion for cultivating ecosystems, not merely partnerships.
