This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee and expand KaiPod’s school success operations throughout our network.
• Establish the standards for outstanding school success within the KaiPod Network and formulate the strategy for supporting founders in areas such as academics, operations, enrollment, and finance.
• Create systems to mentor school leaders who are establishing successful, sustainable microschools.
• Recognize trends across the network and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that insights from founders directly influence our development and the way we support schools at scale.
• Manage the commercial performance of the company-operated sites and partner network.
• Recruit, lead, and cultivate a high-performing team of account managers.
• More than 7 years of experience in school leadership, customer success, or related roles that support school operators, founders, or education entrepreneurs.
• Proven experience in building, managing, or scaling account management or partner success teams, including defining success metrics, creating systems, and mentoring team members.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Documented experience in coaching school leaders, entrepreneurs, or operators in nontraditional educational settings.
• Comfort in navigating various areas such as school operations, finance, enrollment, marketing, and academics.
