This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take complete ownership of Paid Social & Paid Search channels, crafting strategy, establishing operational priorities, and overseeing execution to drive new-customer growth.
• Spearhead the execution strategy on Meta by formulating a robust creative plan.
• Manage and nurture a high-performing internal team along with external partners.
• Enhance Google performance by fine-tuning campaign structures, ad strategies, and budget allocations.
• Oversee structured channel reporting and qualitative analysis of creative content.
• Convert performance metrics and customer insights into concise hypotheses and organized testing roadmaps.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify business impact throughout the sales funnel.
• Remain informed about platform advancements and best practices within the dog food industry.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant channels.
• Proven history of driving profitable new-customer growth for e-commerce/D2C brands.
• Extensive operational and strategic expertise in Meta and Google, with comprehensive ownership in prior roles, covering strategy, budget planning & forecasting, hands-on execution, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities, integrating various data sources and attribution models with a customer-focused approach.
• Skilled in direct-response creative strategy and funnel development (including landing pages).
• Leadership experience in managing internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Exceptional execution, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with AI and automation, or a strong motivation to become proficient in this area.
• Experience in subscription commerce is an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional performance marketing channels is a plus.
• A passion for dogs is a bonus.
