This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the strategic direction for intricate Paid Search configurations and international client accounts.
• Create and refine cross-channel Paid Search and comprehensive funnel strategies.
• Lead and prioritize operational initiatives with a strong emphasis on impact, scalability, and sustainability.
• Establish and continually enhance a robust testing and learning culture within Paid Search, including clear hypotheses, structured testing, and systematic insight derivation.
• Ensure that new concepts, formats, and platform features are consistently assessed, tested, and improved.
• Offer strategic consulting at an equal level, involving close collaboration and engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assume functional leadership of the entire international SEA / Paid Search team, focusing on methodologies, standards, quality, and development.
• Empower, mentor, and assist team members in their daily operational tasks.
• Lead pitches, client presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Paid Search / SEA / Search Advertising.
• Strong strategic grasp of performance marketing, business goals, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience with complex account structures, automation, and contemporary Paid Search setups.
• A passion for formulating hypotheses, testing concepts, and continuously enhancing performance.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic consulting and direct client engagement.
• Structured, self-motivated work style, particularly in a remote setting.
• Business-fluent in both German and English.
