• Develop and continuously enhance the agency’s all-encompassing paid media strategy and operational playbook, striking a balance between foundational high-intent search and paid social, OTT, and emerging channels.
• Propel strategic testing, platform expansion, and service innovation to bolster performance and broaden the agency's competitive edge.
• Spearhead the strategic integration of AI-driven tools, such as Google AI-Max and evolving LLM-driven search behaviors, identifying how generative AI alters the purchasing journey.
• Discover and implement emerging technologies that enhance campaign performance, targeting, and scalability across paid channels.
• Act as the agency’s leading thought leader on paid media innovation, translating shifts in search, social, and AI ecosystems into scalable service offerings, best practices, and competitive advantages.
• Share strategic insights that elevate internal expertise and fortify the agency's standing as an industry leader.
• Design and scale the structure of the paid media department to promote operational efficiency, service excellence, and long-term growth.
• Guide team development through hiring, resource planning, coaching, and mentorship, nurturing a culture of accountability, innovation, and solution-focused thinking.
• Assess, acquire, and implement tools, systems, and automation that enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and service delivery.
• Oversee scalable processes for campaign management, data collection, and measurement across all paid media platforms.
• Serve as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts, collaborating with client leadership to drive retention, growth, and long-term success.
• Assist the sales team by shaping strategy and defining complex, multi-channel opportunities for prospective clients.
• Manage executive relationships with Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Yelp to pilot new capabilities and maintain first-to-market advantages.
• Collaborate across functions with Client Success, SEO, Web, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on integrated strategies and execution for our clients.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Over 10 years of experience in Paid Media marketing within a fast-paced, high-volume marketing agency setting.
• More than 7 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams across various levels and functions.
• Experience in or a strong understanding of the home services industry and its unique requirements is highly preferred.
• A deep curiosity for emerging digital marketing trends, with a proven commitment to introducing new ideas and thought leadership to both clients and the agency.
• A documented history of driving innovation through strategic testing, experimentation, and ongoing performance optimization.
• Strong capability to synthesize complex performance data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior and executive stakeholders.
• Advanced expertise in major paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience with local service and lead-generation platforms (Angi, Yelp, etc.) is preferred.
• A solid understanding of how generative AI and LLMs are reshaping digital marketing, campaign operations, and consumer search and decision-making behaviors.
