• Job Summary: We are in search of a visionary Head of Paid Media to take charge of strategy, execution, and scaling of performance marketing initiatives. This high-impact leadership position is tailored for a data-driven professional who excels in conversion optimization and profitable growth. As the chief architect of our paid strategy, you will bridge creative excellence with analytical precision, ensuring that every dollar spent yields measurable business success. • Key Responsibilities:
• - Design and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across search, social, display, and emerging channels.
• - Manage and enhance substantial monthly budgets, guaranteeing maximum ROI and effective CAC.
• - Direct the testing roadmap for creative, copy, and landing pages to consistently boost conversion rates.
• - Analyze intricate data sets to derive actionable insights and report on key performance indicators to executive leadership.
• - Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing assets that resonate with our target personas.
• - Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations to ensure the team remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
• - Oversee the technical setup of tracking, attribution models, and pixel management to maintain data integrity.
• - Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven record of successfully scaling paid accounts.
• - Profound expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
• - Direct experience managing monthly media spends of six or seven figures.
• - Exceptional grasp of direct-response marketing principles and funnel architecture.
• - Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous setting.
• - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
• - Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or programmatic platforms.
• - Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or D2C high-ticket sectors.
• - Hands-on experience with SQL or advanced data modeling.
• - Previous experience leading a small team of media buyers or agencies.
