Head of Operations – Future COO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects from conception to implementation, ensuring everything stays on schedule and progresses smoothly.

• Repairing malfunctioning systems or creating effective ones from the ground up.

• Incorporating AI into all aspects of our operations.

• Establishing a company that can function independently of my direct involvement.

• Managing hiring, onboarding, legal matters, trademarks, and finances? You don’t have to handle everything, but the more responsibilities you can take off my hands, the better.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a chess enthusiast, holding a rating of 1000 or higher on Chess.com or Lichess.

• You have over 5 years of experience leading operations in startup settings or rapidly expanding digital firms.

• You have successfully managed teams and developed operations in remote or hybrid work environments.

• You are fluent in AI and continuously expanding your knowledge in this field.

• You possess strong emotional intelligence, knowing how to guide, listen to, and uplift others.

• You have a genuine care for people, products, and the pursuit of excellence.

• You find fulfillment in executing tasks and are energized by turning ideas into reality.
