This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead business operations and drive execution towards strategic objectives.
• Create and oversee effective operating rhythms, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, Services, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to achieve business results.
• Manage the delivery of strategic customer programs, ensuring commitments are fulfilled and risks are proactively mitigated.
• Promote operational excellence throughout product launches, implementations, cloud migrations, and customer deployments.
• Enhance transparency regarding priorities, dependencies, resources, risks, and escalations within the organization.
• Oversee partner and ecosystem operations to facilitate customer delivery and foster business growth.
• Assist in executive decision-making through business planning, performance assessments, investment proposals, and operational insights.
• Create scalable processes and operational frameworks that support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the President & GM, enhancing leadership effectiveness and promoting organizational alignment.
• Extensive experience in software business operations, product operations, delivery operations, professional services operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated capability to drive execution across Product, Engineering, Services, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Experience in complex enterprise software environments with lengthy sales cycles, strategic accounts, and high delivery expectations.
• Strong discipline in program and operational cadence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and cross-functional challenges.
• Experience in supporting executive-level business reviews, transformation projects, investment proposals, or strategic planning.
• Excellent commercial judgment, with an understanding of revenue, margin, renewals, services delivery, customer success, and resource allocation.
• Capability to engage credibly with senior executives, operational leaders, customers, and external partners.
• Preferred, but not essential: Experience in Aerospace & Defense software.
• Familiarity with technical publications, S1000D, IETM/IETP, CSDB, XML, structured content, or content lifecycle systems.
• Experience with private cloud, on-premise enterprise software, SaaS transitions, or hybrid deployment models.
• Involvement in acquisition diligence, carve-outs, integration planning, or strategic investment evaluations.
• Experience working with defense primes, government agencies, civil aviation customers, or regulated enterprise clients.
• Experience managing white-labeled, partner-dependent, or ecosystem-based product offerings.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, export control, or operating requirements for defense customers.
