This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the Senior Manager, Brand and Community Marketing Managers.
• Convert executive priorities into actionable marketing plans, team objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee a comprehensive community marketing strategy across the portfolio to enhance visibility, leasing performance, occupancy, revenue, and asset performance.
• Provide strategic direction for property marketing plans, execute campaigns, manage channel mix, budget allocation, and optimize performance.
• Analyze traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, leasing trends, marketing expenditures, campaign outcomes, and source performance.
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors and define service standards, timelines, performance expectations, and accountability measures.
• Act as the primary administrator and business owner for HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Create, maintain, and optimize campaigns, landing pages, forms, lists, nurture workflows, email sequences, lead routing, sales enablement activities, and reporting dashboards within HubSpot.
• Support an AI-driven marketing strategy, automation, emerging technologies, SEO, local search, reputation management, and AI search initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of conferences, events, speaking engagements, outreach, hosted experiences, and post-event follow-ups.
• Assist with PR, media relations, thought leadership, blog content, and corporate storytelling efforts.
• Design, maintain, and present dashboards and reports that track marketing performance, leasing trends, digital engagement, conversion metrics, and overall portfolio health.
• Develop and implement first-party data strategies to gain customer insights, improve CRM effectiveness, enable personalization, and measure attribution and campaign performance.
• Ensure all marketing practices adhere to Fair Housing requirements, ADA guidelines, privacy standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Review marketing content and client-facing materials for accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and inclusive language.
• Travel to communities, client meetings, conferences, events, and other business meetings as required; travel may be necessary up to 40% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive marketing experience is preferred.
• At least three (3) years of experience in people leadership, team management, or direct supervisory roles is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing community marketing, corporate marketing, client communications, vendor partnerships, campaign execution, events, reporting, and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in administering HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Experience in supporting client success, ownership communications, business development, or account-based marketing is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing expenditures, lead generation, conversion performance, digital engagement, CRM data, and portfolio-level marketing results.
• Familiarity with multifamily marketing platforms, social media tools, CRM systems, website providers, digital advertising platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, SEO, digital marketing, or project management are also preferred.
• Multifamily industry certifications or coursework are preferred but not mandatory.
• Capability to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and operate office equipment and technology.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.
• Ability to engage in virtual meetings, presentations, client calls, and in-person meetings as required.
• Willingness to travel to communities, client meetings, conferences, events, and business meetings as necessary.
• Up to 40% travel may be required.
