This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take full ownership of the go-to-market operations, which includes channel strategy, quarterly planning, budget distribution, specialist management, and operating cadence.
• Advise the founder when adjustments are necessary for the go-to-market strategy, backing suggestions with solid evidence.
• Manage the outbound pipeline initiatives aimed at advertisers and PPC agencies as part of a referral program.
• Establish pipeline objectives, campaign focuses, message uniformity, and accountability.
• Design onboarding and training for agency partners in the interim partner/affiliate program, then transition responsibilities.
• Oversee the editorial strategy and scheduling for authoritative content.
• Ensure that benchmark reports and founder-led content are published and effective in conversion.
• Direct the topical SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategy.
• Provide guidelines to technical SEO specialists regarding structured data, entity consistency, and source placement.
• Manage social media and founder-led distribution strategies, calendars, content repurposing pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Uphold brand consistency across the website, product, email communications, and partner materials.
• Administer HubSpot nurture sequences, onboarding processes, and campaign timelines.
• Create weekly scorecards, dashboards, and transparent performance metrics.
• Over 5 years of experience in multi-channel B2B marketing.
• A minimum of 2 years in a company with fewer than 100 employees, performing both execution and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of owning a pipeline and being accountable for sales-relevant metrics.
• Experience in leading specialists and contractors in areas such as content, SEO, email, and outbound marketing.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, attribution, and reporting.
• Experience in creating dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI-powered operations, including automation and LLM workflows.
• Knowledge of paid media, with strong fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• A background in AdTech or agency work is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
• Experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, PPC, or digital marketing products is a plus.
• Familiarity with AEO/LLM citation strategies is a bonus.
• Experience in developing partner or affiliate strategies is a plus.
