This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• You will play a key role in generating a qualified pipeline and driving revenue growth through demand generation led by partnerships.
• Your performance will be evaluated based on the number of qualified opportunities created, pipeline generated, revenue influenced, and the repeatability of the systems you establish.
• Develop and enhance a reliable pipeline generation engine utilizing affiliates, influencers, creators, podcasters, referral partners, strategic alliances, events, and industry relationships.
• Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team and take responsibility for the marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Manage the allocation of the marketing budget and channel strategy, prioritizing ROI and revenue outcomes.
• Create repeatable acquisition systems that lessen reliance on founder-driven growth.
• Craft website messaging, positioning, and content that improve conversion rates and boost qualified inbound demand.
• Establish SEO, AEO, and LLM visibility strategies that facilitate measurable pipeline growth.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance output, improve efficiency, and develop scalable growth systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to define revenue targets, pipeline goals, channel KPIs, and forecasting models.
• 4-7+ years of direct B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce, MarTech, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership marketing.
• Strong grasp of partnership-led growth, referral programs, affiliates, creators, influencers, podcasters, events, and ecosystem-based growth strategies.
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified pipeline and revenue through effective marketing.
• Experience in building marketing systems from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent skills in copywriting, positioning, website messaging, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO, AEO, LLM visibility, and understanding how buyers find software through AI tools.
• Operates with an AI-first mindset, utilizing tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms to enhance productivity and quality of work.
• Possesses a builder mentality with the capability to execute independently without relying heavily on agencies, large teams, or an ideal playbook.
