This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for the company.

• Define and enhance the brand's positioning within the international iGaming sector.

• Establish, grow, and refine the marketing function in alignment with business goals.

• Create marketing processes, reporting frameworks, and KPIs.

• Manage and mentor both internal marketing teams and external partners as needed.

• Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with commercial and product objectives.

• Lead B2B marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and market visibility.

• Develop and implement PR, content, social media, and thought leadership strategies.

• Enhance the company's presence across key industry channels and publications.

• Identify opportunities to increase brand recognition among operators, aggregators, and industry stakeholders.

• Create go-to-market strategies for launching new games and products.

• Develop launch plans and promotional campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement.

• Convert game mechanics, product features, and differentiators into engaging marketing content.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Commercial teams to ensure effective product positioning.

• Support the successful rollout of new games in global markets.

• Manage the company's involvement in international exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

• Coordinate marketing activities before, during, and after events.

• Maximize brand visibility and lead generation opportunities at industry events.

• Monitor and assess marketing performance across all channels.

• Track KPIs related to brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and campaign success.

• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance and ROI.

• Generate regular reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager in the iGaming sector.

• Essential experience working for a Game Provider, Slot Provider, Casino Content Provider, or a similar B2B iGaming organization.

• Proven success in developing and executing effective B2B marketing strategies.

• Experience managing international marketing campaigns and facilitating commercial growth.

• Prior experience in developing marketing functions, processes, and teams.

• In-depth understanding of B2B iGaming marketing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of PR, Brand Marketing, Event Marketing, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

• Commercially minded with a strong grasp of customer acquisition and business growth.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Capability to operate both strategically and operationally.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher; additional languages are a plus.
