This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the pipeline metrics, including lead volume, lead quality, and the resulting sales pipeline.
• Drive demand creation through various channels such as the podcast, newsletter, original research, reports, and video marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies encompassing SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, and retargeting efforts.
• Manage the website as a conversion engine, focusing on conversion rate optimization, landing pages, forms, testing, and offer architecture.
• Establish and oversee an account-based marketing program targeting specific named accounts.
• Handle partnerships, sponsorships, meetups, hosted dinners, and other in-person demand generation activities.
• Oversee marketing automation, CRM systems, lifecycle and nurture sequences, lead scoring, and data quality management.
• Collaborate on the company's messaging and positioning strategy.
• Manage sales enablement and the marketing-to-sales transition, including creating case studies, one-pagers, proposal narratives, and competitive positioning materials.
• Handle analytics, attribution, reporting, and overall marketing budget management.
• Build technology partnerships, establish agency referral relationships, and engage with investors from VC and PE firms.
• Define the demand-generation strategy while executing hands-on tasks and reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Innovation.
• Proven experience in demand generation or growth marketing for a B2B services or SaaS organization.
• A demonstrated ability to personally generate a sales pipeline.
• Resourceful, adaptive, and skilled in relationship-building with a creative approach to resource utilization.
• Capability to conceptualize in terms of funnels and unit economics, including lead value, channel cost, and optimization strategies.
• Player-leader skills: able to set strategy while also executing automation, briefs, and events hands-on.
• Willingness to travel and actively participate in hosting dinners, meetups, conferences, and other events.
• Exceptional attention to detail in systems and data management.
• A strong point of view on branding and comfort in serving as a public figure on podcasts, stages, and in front of investors.
• Ability to act swiftly, take ownership of outcomes, and work independently towards achieving targets.
• A friendly, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with a variable compensation structure linked to performance metrics.
