This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the overall go-to-market strategy for the company.

• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

• Create scalable demand generation initiatives that drive revenue growth.

• Align marketing activities with the company's objectives and long-term goals.

• Take ownership of marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics.

• Formulate strategies across outbound marketing, content, paid media, partnerships, and events.

• Develop scalable lead generation systems that consistently yield qualified opportunities.

• Track marketing performance and refine initiatives based on measurable business outcomes.

• Define the company's voice and market positioning.

• Oversee the production of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership assets.

• Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.

• Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms.

• Build reporting systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and marketing performance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and strategic partners.

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources based on business impact and ROI.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including leadership positions.

• Demonstrated success in establishing B2B demand generation programs that produced measurable pipeline and revenue.

• Experience in leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency settings.

• Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing workflows and automation techniques.

• Experience in managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-oriented initiatives.

• Advanced proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.

• Strong analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with superb written and verbal communication abilities.
