• Drive the next phase of marketing innovation at Covidence.
• Assist researchers, institutions, and review teams in gaining a deeper understanding of Covidence and evidence synthesis.
• Manage marketing efforts related to positioning, content, product marketing, and demand generation for both institutional and practitioner audiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Revenue, Community, and Leadership teams.
• Enhance market clarity regarding Covidence's role and its significance.
• Foster trust and confidence in Covidence’s approach to AI and evidence synthesis.
• Amplify Marketing’s impact on enterprise engagement, pipeline, and customer expansion.
• Promote more effective collaboration among Marketing, Product, Revenue, and Community teams.
• Guide the organization in leveraging Marketing strategically to improve customer insights and market trust.
• Develop essential capabilities for the upcoming growth phase within a lean, highly collaborative organization.
• Proven experience in owning or significantly shaping marketing strategy and execution in a B2B and/or enterprise context.
• Demonstrated experience in building or evolving positioning and market narratives for products or companies over time.
• Familiarity with operating in complex or institutional purchasing environments.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities coupled with the capacity to transition smoothly between strategy and practical implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgement and evidence-based decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives in remote settings.
• Background in positioning, content, product marketing, and demand generation (strongly preferred).
• Experience in producing high-quality thought leadership or market education content (strongly preferred).
• Ability to simplify technical or specialized products for market comprehension (strongly preferred).
• Strong instincts regarding storytelling, positioning, and audience psychology (nice to have).
• An interest in research, evidence, healthcare, or scientific rigor (nice to have).
• Competitive salary reviewed twice a year.
• Remote-first team, allowing work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with AEST business hours.
