This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Define and take ownership of Allium’s narrative across various segments, including developers, crypto-native teams, institutional buyers from TradFi, and federal customers.
• Simplify complex data infrastructure into clear, distinctive messaging that appeals to both technical and executive audiences.
• Develop the category story surrounding reliable, production-grade blockchain data.
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads in collaboration with BDR, commercial, TradFi, and federal sales teams.
• Manage content strategy encompassing technical blog posts, research reports, conference keynotes, developer documentation, and case studies.
• Establish ABM initiatives aimed at high-value accounts within the financial services, fintech, and government sectors.
• Enhance Allium’s visibility within the developer ecosystem through hackathons, the quality of API documentation, ecosystem partnerships, and community channels.
• Create feedback mechanisms linking developer usage patterns with product and marketing messaging.
• Represent Allium at major industry events such as Consensus, Token2049, Permissionless, DC Blockchain Summit, and TradFi fintech conferences.
• Foster co-marketing partnerships with ecosystem collaborators across chains, wallets, and data tools.
• Construct the marketing tech stack and measurement framework, from attribution to pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to ensure marketing KPIs align with ARR goals.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with substantial time spent at a developer-focused infrastructure, data, or fintech organization.
• Proven ability to build marketing initiatives from the ground up — you have successfully done this previously without a large team or significant budget.
• In-depth knowledge of the Web3/blockchain ecosystem — you can engage in discussions about L2s, on-chain analytics, DeFi, and institutional crypto adoption.
• Excellent written communication skills — you articulate well and can convert technical complexities into engaging narratives.
• A data-driven approach — you prioritize what is important and eliminate what is not.
• A history of close collaboration with sales/GTM teams, avoiding siloed operations.
