This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leadership of the Team: Ensure that all Tech Business Partners under your guidance have the necessary resources for success, thereby enabling them to assist their customers (employees) effectively. This encompasses user-focused leadership duties such as one-on-one meetings and development planning.
• Management of Non-Technical Escalations: Serve as the escalation point for Tech Business Partners, facilitating higher-level technical discussions and advocating for central team goals.
• Guaranteeing Team Delivery: Collaborate on quarterly OKRs and KPI objectives for each team member as well as the overall function you oversee. This includes Tech Partners' delivery of Consulting and Enablement, Support, and Project Delivery objectives, incorporating KPIs directly related to widespread education and adoption of AI tools.
• Analyzing Data Points for Future Actions: Track feedback from end-users to identify future opportunities and ensure that these insights inform the planning process. For instance, if a market is facing challenges in adopting AI tools, this would trigger project initiatives aimed at enhancing their NPS score in this domain.
• Over 10 years of progressive professional experience in IT leadership, systems engineering, or a related field, with a strong track record in managing a global or multinational IT operation.
• More than 5 years in a senior leadership position, responsible for implementing strategic direction and leading a team of technical professionals (experience managing an IT operational team is crucial).
• Proven expertise in establishing and overseeing IT support best practices, analyzing service delivery metrics (SLAs, KPI targets) at a senior level, and driving continuous service improvements across a multi-market organization.
• Demonstrated capability to define and manage complex, cross-functional global technology projects from inception to completion, showcasing strong governance and risk management.
• Proficient in the SaaS application ecosystem for employee productivity, collaboration, and enterprise security, with strategic knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace and its AI counterparts like Gemini, AI Studio, NotebookLM, and Workspace Studio.
• Outstanding executive-level communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a proven knack for defining and advocating complex technical strategies to non-technical executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in leveraging Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies to design user-centric global technology services and solutions.
• Ability to excel and lead teams in a fast-paced, agile, and rapidly growing international environment, while instilling a strong emphasis on security and governance (with appropriate guardrails).
• Willingness to travel and manage a global team across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility and occasional late working hours to align with European and other global teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in other major market languages is an advantage.
• Working proficiency in German.
