Head of Influencer, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You collaborate closely with the founder to develop VISCA on an equitable basis, wielding genuine influence.

• You create frameworks and processes that facilitate sustainable growth.

• You independently manage challenging client relationships strategically and as an equal, demonstrating genuine business acumen.

• You align performance objectives with your clients' growth targets and oversee key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, and Revenue.

• You proactively identify opportunities and actively nurture existing client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Creator Marketing, preferably within an agency, D2C, or e-commerce setting.

• Significant leadership experience, including the capability to build and develop teams.

• Strong management skills: you prioritize, allocate resources, and structure tasks with a holistic perspective.

• You confidently manage demanding client relationships and communicate effectively with decision-makers and executive teams.

• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of performance KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and Revenue.

• You utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency actively.

• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
