πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will design and oversee our global HRBP function, establishing the operational model, standards, and expectations for business partnerships across various regions.

β€’ You will collaborate directly with executives and senior leaders in the business on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent investment strategies.

β€’ You will lead and mentor our North American HRBP team while providing functional leadership to HRBPs in China and India, fostering a cohesive, high-performing global practice.

β€’ You will assist leaders in navigating organizational change by diagnosing challenges, assessing trade-offs, and building teams that can facilitate the company's long-term growth.

β€’ You will create practical frameworks, career pathways, and coaching that enhance HRBP capabilities and ensure consistency across regions while maintaining local relevance.

β€’ Most importantly, you will help position People as a strategic business partner that drives growth rather than just a support function.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, predominantly supporting US-based or US-market organizations.

β€’ Experience in both high-growth startups or scale-ups and larger, more structured organizations.

β€’ A proven track record of partnering with VP and executive-level leaders on strategic organizational decisions.

β€’ Extensive experience in leading organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

β€’ Experience in working across multiple regions while balancing global consistency with local business requirements.

β€’ Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English.
