Head of HR – Talent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and implement KeyMik's talent strategy focusing on two key domains: Internal Talent (Employees, Contractors, Freelancers, Interns) and External Talent (Content Creators, Influencers, Brand Ambassadors, Affiliate Partners, Creator Coaches, and Trainers).

• Manage the processes of talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, creator success initiatives, compliance, and HR operations.

• Cultivate a work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and exceptional performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related area is required.

• Over 7 years of experience in HR, talent management, or people operations.

• A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership position.

• Proven experience in recruiting and managing remote teams.

• In-depth understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in creating performance management programs.

• Preferred experience in marketing agencies, creator economy platforms, technology firms, or startups.

• Background in managing creator or influencer programs.

• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Experience working with global remote teams and international contractors.
