This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify target industries, segments, and positioning strategies.
• Create a clear, outcome-focused value proposition.
• Ensure consistent messaging across the website, proposals, and sales materials.
• Transform services into structured tiers.
• Establish per-user, per-month pricing models.
• Align offerings with delivery capabilities and profit margins.
• Design a systematic and repeatable sales process.
• Define lead stages, criteria for qualification, and conversion pathways.
• Lay the groundwork for a future Business Development Manager to implement.
• Set up essential marketing channels (LinkedIn, email, partnerships).
• Change messaging from “IT support” to focus on business outcomes.
• Implement and enhance a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or equivalent).
• Provide visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Develop scalable processes to facilitate growth.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in building or scaling a B2B services business, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or technology services setting.
• Strong comprehension of recurring revenue models and subscription-based pricing frameworks.
• Experience in crafting go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and commercial structures.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales processes and growth systems from the ground up.
• Strategic thinker capable of practical execution and driving results.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and enhancing pipeline visibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with leadership and cross-functional teams.
