Head of Growth – Paid Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the growth strategy for a portfolio of clients

• Supervise a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists

• Guide a skeptical founder through a strategy reset

• Develop junior analysts and strategists into capable, independent professionals

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling Meta accounts exceeding $100k per day

• 6 to 10 years of experience in paid digital advertising

• Extensive knowledge of Meta's algorithm structure

• Strong analytical skills without being hindered by data

• Effective and straightforward communicator
