Head of Growth – Paid Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Proactive and efficient scaling on Meta - achieving six-figure daily growth when unit economics justify it. You distinguish between scaling driven by data insights and scaling prompted by client requests, ensuring clarity in both scenarios.

• Comprehensive paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok - with a defined approach to prioritize areas for growth and protect profit margins.

• Ability to identify performance challenges at the creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout stages - knowing which aspect requires immediate attention.

• Leadership in creative strategy in collaboration with our creative team. You recognize that at scale, creative elements are crucial, and you possess a clear perspective on what constitutes a successful concept even before data analysis.

• Establishing and maintaining senior client relationships across a range of high-growth DTC brands. You can guide a skeptical founder through a strategic reset, support scaling decisions with data, and navigate the balance between immediate efficiency and long-term growth - all while maintaining client trust.

• Team development - mentoring junior analysts and strategists to become strong, independent contributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling Meta accounts to exceed $100k per day.

• 6–10 years in paid digital advertising, including substantial experience managing significant Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.

• In-depth understanding of Meta's algorithm - encompassing creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and campaign structures that enable efficient spending at scale.

• Analytically adept without being hindered by data overload. You make swift decisions and take responsibility for results.

• Strong, direct communication skills - with clients, leadership, and your team, especially when delivering less favorable news.
