This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Proactive and effective scaling of Meta to achieve six figures in daily revenue when the unit economics are favorable.
• Comprehensive paid media strategy encompassing Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a distinct prioritization of areas to focus on and safeguard margins.
• Identify performance issues at the creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout levels, and determine the optimal order for resolution.
• Lead creative strategy in collaboration with our creative team.
• Manage senior client relationships across a portfolio of rapidly growing DTC brands.
• Foster team growth by developing junior analysts and strategists into capable, autonomous professionals.
• Proven history of scaling Meta accounts to exceed $100k per day.
• 6–10 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with significant time spent managing substantial Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
• In-depth understanding of Meta's algorithm, including aspects such as creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and campaign architecture that optimizes spending efficiency at scale.
• Strong analytical skills paired with decisive action; you make informed decisions quickly and take responsibility for results.
• Clear and straightforward communicator with clients, leadership, and your team, particularly when delivering unfavorable news.
